Order processing time
All of our products are made to order especially for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Please note these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable rates will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.
International orders, customs and duties
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at thereallivelongandsuffer@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of any damage, and we will work with you to make it right.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
